Project Proposal for CO2Vision—The Fund for a Just Transition—Application Deadline: August 11, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.
The Selection Committee for the Just Transition Fund has announced a call for proposals in which 100 million Danish kroner from the Just Transition Fund (FRO) will be allocated to support the further development of local business beacons in North Jutland and South Jutland.
Following this announcement, Green Hub Denmark and Energy Cluster Denmark, on behalf of the CO2Vision consortium, are now soliciting potential project proposals.
CO2Vision is North Jutland’s local business beacon, part of a national initiative to designate local and regional beacons for business growth. Through CO2Vision, North Jutland aims to become a pioneering region for the capture, utilization, and storage of CO2.

General Information
- Budget: 100 million DKK to be allocated between Business Beacons North and South.
- Funding: The total application is eligible for up to 50% in funding for project-related costs.
- Application deadline for submitting project proposals: August 11 at 11:59 p.m. The CO2Vision consortium must submit the complete application to the Danish Business Authority no later than August 24.
- Decision: Q4 2023.
