Vocational teachers, business consultants and managers – all with a central role in education and courses within green sustainable technologies – took part in the day, which started with a tour of the GreenLab on location. Here, head of development, Jens Høffner from Skive College, gave the participants an insight into the history of the park from conception to now, into the symbiosis and into the green technologies that characterize the individual GreenLab company.
After the tour, the group went to Skive College. Here, Jens Høffner collected the many impressions and questions the participants had after the tour, before subject teacher Søren Madsen gave a presentation on green and sustainable building materials and techniques. It was a presentation where the participants got new inspiration for how subject teachers can implement the green agenda and sustainability in teaching.
On the trip back to North Jutland, the day was rounded off with the football World Cup on a shared screen in the bus. Denmark was cheered on in style when they played their first match against Tunisia.
